Return-To-Work Japan (RTWJ) Career Mentoring & Networking 2025 connects women reentering the workforce with employer firms committed to gender equality. For attendees, it offers career-readiness guidance, access to flexible employers, mentorship from role models, and a supportive community to rebuild confidence. Together, we’re breaking barriers to create a more equitable, thriving workforce in Japan. Join us in shaping the future of work.
Our successful 2024 event has set the standard by offering a unique platform specifically designed to empower women seeking to restart their careers in the Japanese job market. Our 2025 session will create even more support for female caregivers returning to work, after a career break.
「Return-to-Work Japan Career Event 2025」は、育児や介護によるキャリアブレイクを経験した後、職場復帰を目指す日本女性を支援するためのイベントです。2024年に開催した前回イベントは大きな反響をいただき、成功裏に終了しました。2025年はさらにパワーアップし、企業代表者を多数招へい。参加者一人ひとりのニーズに応える充実のプログラムをご提供します。

Who Should Attend?

Women who have taken a career break, to look after family and have:

a bachelor's degree

at least 5 years of work experience (Before your career break)

an interest to return to work either in a full-time role or a flexi-work role

an interest in learning some new skills and to get career advice.
